Friendly staff. Stylish, colourful designs without slipping into fashion victim territory. I like. Great sale deals in the autumn too.

W H Smiths http://www.welovelocal.com/en/london/camden/covent-garden/fashion-shops/paul-smith-wc2e9tb.html#r54644 Really Like it, pretty stuff. Wide range of stationary, photo frames, albums, pens, pencils, diarys, notebooks and folders. Can be quite pricey but good quality stuff. Sell really pretty birthday things too!

The WOW Factor! http://www.welovelocal.com/en/london/camden/covent-garden/fashion-shops/fred-perry-wc2e8hd.html#r47909 Yes this is exactly what the shop has...the WOW Factor! Fred Perry, covent garden is such a small shop yet it has so many great pieces of clothing. Anybody who goes in there could spend a great amount of money. The only reason i've given it a 4* rating is the fact that it is quite pricey! The shop is a unisex shop, mostly for men though. The dresses for the girls/women are to die for (you'd pull any bloke in them!) and the cardigans and polo shirts for the boys/men look well slick on (whitwoo)! Get yourself down to this store, well worth the money, well worth the trip!

too old for this place! http://www.welovelocal.com/en/london/camden/covent-garden/fashion-shops/urban-outfitters-wc2h9pr.html#r44159 As I begin the steady roll downhill into old-age, shops like this seemt o be standing on the sidelines, flicking the Vs at me and yelling obscenities at me, safe in the knowledge that I lack the necessary energy to do anything about. Fake vintage clothes at non-fake prices, 'cool' stuff that clearly isn't cool, piles of plastic tat which is meant to be ironic - wind up plastic grannies, god-awful overpriced kitschy plastic picture frames, strings of fairy lights with plastic flowers attached. Obligatory collection of cool music, includingt vinyl, so you can buy it, take it home, play it on one of your technics, once, then ignore it. Shops like this have been a portent of the incoming credit crunch for sometime, when we have enough money to piss away on the stuff shops like this sell, we clearly have too much easy credit. Right, back to Countdown....

Great Shop http://www.welovelocal.com/en/london/camden/covent-garden/fashion-shops/ozone-wc2e9ng.html#r43748 Great shop, fairly good selection and not that badly priced!

Staff are pleasant and it's a pleasure to shop there!

It's far enough away from Covent Garden to be rather quiet, but close enough to make it easy to get to.

Koh Samui put the "bo" in "bo ho" http://www.welovelocal.com/en/london/camden/covent-garden/fashion-shops/koh-samui-wc2h9dg.html#r42355 Koh Samui in my eyes put the "bo" in "bo ho" some eight years ago, and when you walk into this boutique you really get a sense that you're not going to find a more beautifully merchandised store which is impeccably colour schemed. Be warned, you will be required to re-mortgage before you actually can spend freely in here.

a really unexpectedly interesting collection http://www.welovelocal.com/en/london/camden/covent-garden/fashion-shops/ted-baker-wc2e9hw.html#r42349 Ted Baker have recently appointed two new creative directors and boy what a good job they are doing at shunning the mainstream image this brand has suffered with over the past decade. The womenswear range, set on the second floor is a really unexpectedly interesting collection. Lots of bow details and kitschness in this season which is very impressive. The sizing comes up a bit small for my liking, with most of the lines sculpted for a willowy physique. Thank goodness in a way as it seriously saves my bank balance from being plunged in the red forever!

somewhere between Reiss and Jigsaw http://www.welovelocal.com/en/london/camden/covent-garden/fashion-shops/jesire-wc2e8pa.html#r42096 What a fabulous boutique. I'd never shopped there before, but the collection is somewhere between Reiss and Jigsaw - i.e fashion forward but pretty earthy. They've got a brilliant selection, although the service was a bit pretentious until I took about five items to the counter and all of a sudden they were friendly. Don't be put off though, the clothes in here have a subtle nod to the 50's and 60's but with a wonderful modern edge that'll give your work and weekend wardrobe a wonderful fashion fix.
