A 20 minute wait to get served by someone who doesn’t know what an ISBN number is not what I expected, and whilst I hate to admit it WH Smiths online was a far less painful experience.

It sells pretty much any map you could ever need; so it's probably not somewhere you'll go often, but is very handy to know about. They also sell a large range of travel guides.
