A lot of trouble and vesy stressed and unprofessional staff who don't seem to be able to get on with each other.

I can't see why it's so difficult to diagnose and prescribe glasses !!!

That's what we are taxed for and it should be second nature to trained professionals.

I think these stores are in a syndicate and are prejudiced to young fit girls pulling trundler suitcases.

We walked out and some man from the store followed us all around Hampstead. I went back like a month later and things hadn't changed a bit. I went to D&A instead and found the sunglasses there much more accessible, but that man followed me around again and well, apparently someone called the police and I was illegally detained on the side of the street!

They tried to give me the idea that I was receiving 'special' treatment and gave me a voucher towards the cost of glasses but in reality they were very overpriced anyway, I would say they were generally authoritarian and inconsiderate towards patients.

I picked up an eye infection on the second visit and the receptionist was actually swearing at someone over the phone as I waited to be seen.

I have since gone to specsavers and dollond & aitchison, and I find them much better than Milton's in every way especially price and attitude.
