They have cost us money, time, and stress. Examples of this include: outright lying regarding 3 separate issues, after our offer was put in and money was on the table. As well, they failed to put through necessary paperwork on two occasions. This significantly altered our plans on several occasions. Under NO circumstances would I deal with them, either as a Tenant or Landlord (as they caused delay in rent being paid).
