I took in a silk dress to be cleaned, having been assured by the member of staff who received it that it would not be a problem. On collection, not only was the stain still on my dress but they had ironed box pleats into it (quite why someone would do this I can not fathom – why… WHY?) They wouldn’t even refund my money until I took a photo in of how the dress originally was (before said traumatic pleating incident).

In short, they received a normal dress with a small stain and then returned it to me totally ruined and still stained… It’s a good job I never really liked that dress anyway.
