Fresh approach to hair means they are willing to experiment and you won't leave looking like a clone. Good value and will even get you a beer if your lucky!

The Forum has hosted some legends over the years, my fave memory being the Libertines in 2003. I think the sound is spot on (if you're in the standing section) and love the shabby elegance of the place - like a lot of classic old London Theatres/venues. Drinks choices are limited, but the 3 downstairs bars mean you shouldn't wait long to get served.

Sometimes they have entertainment like stand-ups and musicians.

But the food is what does it for me. Not cheap, but really tasty.

It's like a cottage. A cottage full of delicious, yummy chicken. They'll put it in a box for you, so it stays hot all the way home. Yummy.

Jayne's seems a bit stuck in the 1980's with a drab selection of flowers and nothing very modern.

Probably not worth wasting your money buying flowers here I am sorry to say.

However the pizzas are up to the usual pizza express standard and the staff are nice. I'm yet to find somewhere else to eat in Tufnell.

A nice to have I think, but if you can avoid it to be honest. You'll end up buying a pack of 10 when you wanted 1 (as seems to be the way with Tesco Express).

The service aint great, but I guess when you need something in a hurry and late at night it is quite useful.

Being open 24hrs means its a godsend for that middle of the night snack. And if its snacks you're after, they have pretty much all you could want. If you're doing the "big shop" however, then you'll find very little actual "food".
