bad practice policies run by an idiot http://www.welovelocal.com/en/london/camden/kentish-town/doctors/the-parliament-hill-surgery-nw51tr.html#r52484 BAD BAD BAD!!

Racist receptionists, stressed out student doctors working for free, making terrible mistakes and, while the head fuhrer rakes in £millions of taxpayers money. Hopefully United Health will run this place as a polyclinic soon and get rid of these wastes of oxygen!!

A MIXED up stressed and terrible bunch! http://www.welovelocal.com/en/london/camden/kentish-town/doctors/graham-dr-s-nw51tr.html#r52483 Dr Graham is an idiot, very authoritarian, he's like a cross version of gordon brown meets josef STALIN. you wont get any choice and i can't wait until the polyclinics take over. perhaps that's a good reason to register here as they are being investigated by United Health.

THIS PLACE IS WELL KNOWN TO BE A BAD PRACTICE, PATIENTS ARE TREATED WITH DISRESPECT, though Claire Chalmers-Butler-Watson is very much a sweetie, she could do a lot better, though the amount of £££,£££ per year each qualified GP pulls in costs the taxpayer more than any other surgery per person/performance -

So c'mon United Health, please chuck this lot out of here!

Experienced and professional http://www.welovelocal.com/en/london/camden/kentish-town/doctors/graham-dr-s-nw51tr.html#r9054 Dr Graham is everything a London GP should be and has enough experience to know exatly what to do in any given situation.

His receptionists are *awful* and it's a shame.

This is a teaching practice and as such there are many medical students who might see you instead, it's likely that you will be given the oppurtunity to be filmed for research and training purposes.

I would be wary of the receptionists as I have turned up for appointments that don't exist and the wrong dosage of medication has been prescribed more than once, maybe it's just me and you will be fine, however I would suggest the Caversham Practice down the road for much better logistics.

Dr Stephen Graham is a first class GP though his three receptionists let him down somewhat.

Room for improvement here.... http://www.welovelocal.com/en/london/camden/kentish-town/doctors/the-parliament-hill-surgery-nw51tr.html#r8858 I've just transferred from this practice due to the rude manner of the reception team. The GPs seem to have no control over appointent letters going astray and 'mistakes' in medication prescriptions.

I'll commend the qualified GPs for some excellent service once you actually get seen. But watch out that the receptionists don't fob you off with an unqualified student doctor as this is mostly a teaching practice with two fully qualified (and quite excellent) General Practitioners.

There is counselling and homeopathy available here too but the administartion is in my opinion rather needlessly 'posh' and tied up in too much red tape which at worse is very worrying

Excellent general practice http://www.welovelocal.com/en/london/camden/kentish-town/doctors/caversham-group-practice-nw52up.html#r3644 I count myself really lucky to be registered at the Caversham. Excellent doctors, friendly helpful reception staff and very efficiently run. Luckily I'm quite healthy, so don't attend very often, but every time I need to I'm pleasantly surprised.

Superb Group Practice http://www.welovelocal.com/en/london/camden/kentish-town/doctors/caversham-group-practice-nw52up.html#r2332 I've been going to the Caversham Group Practice for almost three years now and I have yet to have any problems or instances where they've done me wrong. My GP from there has always tried to make sure I knew that was going on, what status some of my out-going transfers were at, and attempted (at times) to speed up blood test results if he thought it would calm my never-ending nerves.

They have a multiple services you can make good use out of. Everything from child care (in regards to taking your children there) to even psychology (there's a building right next to them they may recommend you go to if necessary). But overall, it's a laid back place. I've been in there a number of times where I've been looking for a specific person or doctor who worked there and was given prompt service (even if I were above in the que out of line, when it was near-emergency related).

They have a nice computerized check-in service so you don't have to worry about signing in and making sure the receptionist took note of it. It's almost certain you'd find a GP here that's suitable to your needs (male/female, background studies, specialities, etc).

I'll agree with Dan in saying if you're moving, or have moved recently to the Kentish Town area - I would give them a call. When I first registered, it was a breeze. Fill out forms, and finished. I had to change my GP, but that only took a quick "But..." and that was finished as well. Waiting times aren't that long, unless you pop in for the morning surgery.

Lastly, a bit of a hint/suggestion, if you're in need of a Doctor appointment (and not one with the nurse[s]), I would recommend calling after 8am. This is when they get most of their cancellations. Just be careful because you won't always get your GP if you're in that much of a rush to get in the same day.
