Staff were trying to be helpful but I think when the conditions of hotel are that bad then there really is no saving it. Having stayed in other Premier Inns before I was very shocked at these conditions.

But you'd think all Premier travel Inns have a standard they stick too.... not here. Granted, they had lots of building work going on, but there was an endless queue to check in, grumpy staff and the room had damp in it with a dodgy heater plugged in and on in the middle of the room. I'd avoid this place.
