I'm lured back by the exciting ingredients and convenient web-based ordering system. Sadly, never again.

Pizza has come cold the last two times and the middle of the box falls into the centre, messing-up the cheese and toppings (which I have to scrape off).

The last straw was when I ordered a pizza on their web site tonight, entered my card details and confirmed the order. No pizza. Called to be told that they weren't receiving their orders via the website.

Oh well. Farewell Lupa. Plenty of other pizza delivery companies out there. (I always thought your crust was tough and rubbery anyway).

We turned up at 1pm on a Monday and there was no one else in the restaurant. I had Chicken Jalfreszi and another collegue had Chicken Balti. Both dishes looked and tasted like they had been defrosted and reheated. The chicken was also not very fresh.

Although the waiter was fairly attentive he did appear half asleep.

All in all a very disappointing experience

The food was absolutely delicious, and plenty of choice for both meat eaters and vegetarians alike. The service is very good and the decor very well done. Slightly inconvenient that they only take cash, something to do with the previous owners. Would highly recommend a visit.

The bases are thin crust and the toppings are very unique. The service it top class, they even text you when the driver gets on his way. For every 10 Pizzas you get a free one. Simply great take away pizza that blows away the competition.

I love their Laksa soup, it's the best one i have ever had!!

There are so many places to eat in West Hampstead but this is one of the finest.

The food is great and the staff are attentive. The atmosphere is nice as well, if it's a warm summer's evening then you should try and get the seat by the big french doors which they open so it's like being on holiday, as opposed to in the middle of the affluent West Hampstead village!

The food is good but not fantastic, but generally always hits the mark.

Now that there is no more smoking in restaurants it has also improved as non-smokers are not forced to sit up the back.
