Not sure about the food, but the staff definitely left a sour taste in my mouth. Customer Service obviously means NOTHING to these people. I was absolutely shocked at the attitude on these fellas! Politeness and common courtesy clearly not words in their dictionary! If you want to rub noses with a bunch of arrogant, conceited losers - then feel free to visit this excuse for a restaurant and hand over your hard earned cash to these neanderthals . Anyone with an iota of intelligence and good taste will want to steer well clear. RATING -100

I have just been to the ginger group in Ealing and it has been rather stressful. I arrived on time and Keith at the reception (who it seems is actually the manager/owner of the whole company) asked me to wait on the sofas right behind him, but unfortunately there were too many people waiting so i had to stand by the counter and wait for my hairdresser. After a lot of waiting my hair was washed and then I had to wait a further 20 minutes with dripping wet hair until the hairdresser was free to cut my hair. She had to leave a client to one of her helpers in order to take me on and i was asked to sit on a chair full of hair from the previous customer ... absolutely disgusting! It was far from being a relaxing experience. I had to wait a full 45 mins before i was asked if i would like a drink, and the haidresser was getting annoyed as she had not had lunch ( 4 pm by now) nor a toilet break and she was being sent more people!! The hairdresser kept apologizing for her 'stressful comments' made to other colleagues and for the state of the place. I left the chair feeling rather unhappy with the way i was treated and about my rather rushed haircut. When I told Keith at reception about all this he said why dont you tell the hairdresser ! and i explained to him that it was not her fault that she was overworked or bombarded with clients! he was rather rude and didn't seem to care about anything i had to say. I left the salon £45 out of pocket and extremely disappointed.

They only seem to care about getting as many people in through the door and much money in the till as possible and not about the well being of the staff or the satisfaction of their clients.

You will go there for a work out and meeting friends after dropping off the baby in the well run creche, leave the older ones to play tennis or by the pool (indoor and outdoor for the few good days). Then take in a class with a whole range of choices or work out with uptodate machinery. Finally treat yourself to a manicure to round off your day. Oh and the old man can join in too...

It was overcrowded both with kids and parents. Understaffed -same teenager taking bookings as well as selling the snacks and helping out at the birthday party..Hope they got paid well.

No supervision so older ones running chaos in the under 5's area. Lucky some kid did not get hurt. I was very happy to remove the nephews before time and retreat to the safety of McDonalds...

Young and trendy type frequent this lively bar for a good night out. Music loud and up to date, not the place to go for a romantic evening though..

Not your usual choice of spirits brands (e.g. no Bombay Sapphire or Jack Daniels but Plymouth or Wild Turkey) but a good selection of beers and extensive wine list. Bar staff can be a little inattentive - with the odd exception – even on the quieter nights. The restaurant serves great food and is the probably the best gastro pub in the South Ealing area.
