If you like a bit of a rummage - this place is great. But if if go a minute down the road it gets even better.. this is the discount shop, where everything costs £5!! Of course there's some dodgy stuff but high street brands such as Warehouse and Bay can be picked up for a fraction of normal price - why not have a look?

This place is very well hidden on the high street, but when you get inside it is a very cosy venue, I have been here on a few occassions and the service and food are good. They also do takeaway and is great if you want to chill from home.

avoid at all COSTS!!!!

I visited this opticians last month, and chose a designer frame costing £150. When the total cost of lenses was added the total bill was almost £400.....ouch. apparently my lenses, due to the high prescription, would cost me a premium,....i begrugingly paid and left.....can you imagine my shock when an hour later i got a phone call asking me to come in and pay another £35!!!!! i was told that they had forgotten to charge me this extra fee,due to the lenses being "non-stock". I thought they were joking, and explained to them that i had already paid so much, and was not happy to pay anymore. I was told that the £35 would be added to my bill to be paid on collection. Well i was disgusted and returned to the store demanding a refund. The optician there had no customer service skills whatsever....she was just interested in getting as much money out of me as possible. I will DEFINATELY not be going there again, and would not recommend this opticians to anyone, unless you want to get ripped off and be treated like a nobody........i should,ve gone to specsavers!

Worst hair dressers ever

The Ginger Group is Ealing seems nice enough from the interior but the staff don't care about their clients. My hair dresser spent the whole time chatting to her friend standing next to me whilst she did my highlights. Then I nearly had my neck broken on the excruitatingly painful wash basins. Then, she put toner on my hair which made my scalp burn and my eyes sting which she said was normal. Then I had to pay £75 for the experience.

I have started going here on my lunch for Panini’s and baguettes and I would say they are rather nice.

The baguette I had yesterday was lovely and fresh and had that just baked taste.

The prices seem fairly reasonable as well and the service is as expected quick but polite there is usually someone making the sandwich while someone is at the till.

I have had no bad experience as of yet.

Best coffee in Ealing

Ealing has many cafes, sadly, up til now, there are non that are that great. At last an inndependant cafe has opened up that sells excellent coffee. The cafe has new owners now who know how to make an excellent latte, cappucino, esspresso and even a flat white. Sandwiches are great, imaginative, home made cakes, organic ice creams, friendly service.

It's right on Haven Green, about 1 minutes walk from Ealing tube so you can make it a daily coffee stop.

At last we have somewhere great to go in central Ealing !

Exellent customer service, smiling receptionist at entrance, i was offered a dring my coat was taken and hung i was off ered a magazine and given an indian head massage when at the sink having my hair washed.

I loved it there and WOULD recomend it!
