The second time I went back hoping that they would have done a better job but was even more disappointed. I find the staff very rude and they have a habit of speaking in their language continuously. Sometimes I even got the feeling that they were talking about me by the way they all react and looked at me when one staff spoke. Sometimes they would talk in their language and look at the customers and laugh.

They always insist on having the money before the job is done and therefore as a customer whether the job was done badly is unable to get their money back.

They also have a habit of telling some customers that they need to pay extra when the nails are long without any notification on their sign board. In addition, they have patterns on the wall claiming that they can do those patterns but when customers ask for this they are being refused - they also refuse to put the colours that customers chose.

The two times that I have been there, I felt rather disappointed at the service as well as their behaviour. I think that they need more training in how to deal with customers in terms of their manners and to further learn how to do a proper job of caring for nails.

Visiting such toilets can hardly encourage customers to do their food shopping at the store. Otherwise, the store is fine and the stuff is also good.

In my experience food and service is excellent. Small family run business with lots to offer ,freshly baked nan bread, flavoursome home made stews and starters.

Highly Recommended to all in the area and beyond but limited choice for deserts,
