The bread is OK, the sausage rolls are OK. The cakes in the window look fine enough but having purchased fresh bread from this shop on a few occassions I now buy fresh bread from the bakery in the Co-op across the road as this produces better quality. I really wanted to like the bakery and would support it if I could but it's just not up to the same standard I'm afraid.

The quality of the work that they carry out is without fault and they are very reasonably priced. The service is friendly, however my only complaint is that I have never been phoned to update me when my vehicle is ready, I have always had to phone them for an update.

We were made to feel very welcome and enjoyed the local attractions like Eltham Palace during our visit, we would definetely return.

We had booked 4 rooms and had no complaints about service/conditions of hotel.
