(and they will try every trick in the book to stop you cancelling it) Managers and staff change constantly as they get so many complaints. It really is the worst run gym I have ever seen.

As for the restuarant, its large, a good selection of delicious food on the menu, thou service can be variable. Worthy of a visit.

I went to headmasters for the first time today for a men's cut. My hair was cut by a senior stylist for about an hour. I left, went home and realised that there was hair on my left side going up to the level of my eyes, whereas the same hair on my right side had been cut above my eyebrows. It is by far the worst hair cut I have ever had. I believe that after an hour of checking it is all ok, the stylist should have known how to do a basic, an at the very least symmetrical, hair cut.

Management is really sloppy at getting things fixed and have a very bad attitude. I'm still a member as it is the only gym in the area that has a decent sized swimming pool, however I'm sure if the environmental agencies were alerted it would be closed down. Don't bother joining unless you have a passion for complaining

I remember my mum taking me here every summer and winter to kit me out with a new wardrobe as I'd grown out of the old one. Now I kind of see it as home, which is sad really, but I do love it. If you can handle the mess, as it can look a little like a jumble sale, I would recommend coming here for the shoes. If you have little feet, which I do, there is always a huge selection of crazy shoes that you have to have. They are often made well, out of leather not plastic and not too pricey either. I have even walked out of here with 3 pairs of shoes one time! If you are looking for winter boots and you don't mind them being a season out then come here about September and you'll find a huge selection.
