The salon was adamant that I pay a 10 pound deposit in case I didnt arrive for my appointment. I called the salon the day before my appointment to reconfirm and they advised me that they had no record of my booking (although they did have my credit card deposit!)! I had to make numerous phone calls to try to get into another salon for the next day - not easy! I think this is disgusting service and would not recommend this salon to anyone!
