It's well known for it's ethics (though this has been recently called into question after it was bought by L'Oreal). The products are great; in particular I love the cocoa butter moisturiser. The make up range is good.

The products are beautifully packaged, all smell great, and do what they say. However, the prices are so high that I can never justify shopping in L'Occitane.
