She looked at it closely and said that she would do so. The shirt was clean, worn for about 2 hours. When I took it home and took off the outer plastic wrap, I noticed a pink streak across the front of the shirt. So I took it back. Wow, the woman who can't stop calling you"darling" was so very rude. She said the streak had been made by me (not true), she behaved bizarrely , sniffed at the armpits and examined the cuffs. As it had not been worn she could find no fault. Then she claimed that my very clean shirt had been filthy and began to yell. When I took the shirt back home and took it off its hanger, I noticed that it was oddly limp. I don't know what they did there to my brand new shirt but it is ruined.

The staff are happy to discuss what sort of haircut you would like, and offer everything from a dry cut to colouring and highlights.

When I got my haircut there I sat back and relaxed while a pleasant lady politiely told me how to manage my split ends and also advised me that I should wear earrings more often! Always good to know.

The only downside of my experience was that she pointed out a few of my grey hairs - of which i already knew about - and spent a good few minutes being shocked at how many greys |I had for my age! OK so nobody is perfect!

Overall a good experience, with pleasant staff and a high quality haircut at the end of the day.

No escalators, just a staircase and two lifts. As the staircase has only 63 steps (not as much as it sounds) you can easily beat the lift down/up without have to charge down/up the stairs. Frankly the lifts are so slow I suggest you only use if you have heavy bags/children/injuries. Shame the planned Emirates Stadium renovations could not have been completed for this, as the proposed extension would have eased congestion on match-days. The machines always work, just need to sort the personel situation out, there always seems to be a staff shortage. Good station though.

The exterior gives the impression of an elegant past but this is quickly betrayed by the inside as you realise the full horror that awaits you. Yes the drinks are cheap but the interior is charmless, the patrons all have grey hair (try to spot someone that doesn’t) and as a result has that uninviting old-man stink throughout the venue. The toilets are naturally disgusting, so much so that when I was bursting I ran in to use the toilet it actually smelt nicer after I’d finished. There is nothing about this sorry place that makes you want to stay inside. Alongside The Holloway, possibly the worst pub in the area.

Matchday its always busy so get there early to grab a table in front of the screens

All the staff seem to be in a competition for the most tatoo's and piercings but they serve you quickly and theres a no frills menu for a bite to eat before the game.
