Friendly & not pretentious. A range of people go there reflecting the real diversity of London. Gym facilities are excellent and advice always on hand. Very good range of classes weekly-4 types of yoga,pilates,spin,kick boxing-you name it. Single sex sauna & steam in each changing room- a dream. 10 minute walk from Vauxhall u/g o/g stations and loads of bus routes.

There are loads of courts for squash and lessons and a table you can fill in if you want to play but dont come with anyone. Its very clean and tidy in here.

Its clean and well equipped with the latest modern gear. And the classes arent your run of the mill ones, they have everything, all that yoga stuff that the stars are doing. Very nice gym.
