The quality of the work carried out has always been exceptional and this has also been confirmed by other dentists as far away as Australia. The dentists will put through costs as much as possible through the nhs and then if you want addtional work such as white fillings you just swap over to private rates. Getting an appointment easy and I have found the receptionists to be most polite and helpful

The food sounded good and, even though it was a Friday night, we took the plunge. We were given 50-60 minutes as a delivery time and settled back to wait.

70 minutes later, I called to find out where the food was. "It left 5 minutes ago, it should be with you in a couple of minutes." 10 minutes passed and still no food, so I rang back.

I was then talked at constantly for 5 minutes by the guy on the phone, telling me why the food wasn't there.

When I finally got a word in edgeways, I told him this was our first time ordering from them and having to wait an hour and 25 minutes wasn't exactly good service.

This simply started him yabbering on again about how it's a busy night.

When the food finally turned up, it was OK, but nothing special.

My advice? Give Namaste London a wide birth!

Having managed to get through at 2.00 pm, I was placed on hold, whilst listening to the receptionist on duty have a conversation with somebody else. After hanging up several times and calling back again, I was repeatedly cut off. Having just attempted to call through again, I was blatantly cut off, following which I'm now unable to get through. I've found the whole situation completely frustrating and I'm genuinely considering changing to a new practice. Please note, this is no reflection on the practioners, or other members of staff. But can I strongly suggest this is looked into asap, as I feel this is unprofessional and extremely low level service.

Terry listened to my description of the problem and said I could fix it myself and save some money, I went there to get a part and Terry spent nearly an hour showing me how to fix it and offering alternative solutions..all for the £6 I ended up spending in the shop....fabulous knowledgable service, a real rarity..Thanks Terry.

Hard to call them a "local business" but I suppose they did design and build the Wedge website so all credit for that.
