Ok to start with the DLR, such a hit & miss... was a miss, almost missed my flight!!

Very crowded departure lounge.. really not impressed and VERY rude staff, especially the people thru passport control, was I going on a trip, or going to Prison??!!!

I completely agree with Sarah, GATWICK IS THE WAY TO GO!!

It is a pain to get to epecially if the DLR is not working.

The airport itself is small and uncomfortable. The staff are rude and unhelpful.

Gatwick is the way forward!

It’s easy and cheap to get to on the DLR, it is only a hop skip and a jump to the plane and your bags are pretty much waiting for you when you get off the plane. All in all it is very stress free and this never seems to happen at the bigger airports. Also the approach is an experience as you don’t often fly past buildings and be able to see into windows!!!
