The Crisy Chilli Beef, was the proper crispy shredded one, and the Thai Green Curry Chicken was so full of flavour, im getting hungry just thinking about it. also a must is the glass noodle salad. I know, i know.... i do love my food. i think i will order from them now.

After placing a very large order (£50) and waiting over an hour and a half, I called to check on my order but no branch of the chain would take responsibility for it. I was hung up on by one branch and when I finally found someone who could even find my order on their system I was told that it hadn't even been made. When they finally found which branch was making it, it seems my order for NW1 was being made in RICHMOND. Not exactly local to Camden!

I am still waiting for my food over 2 hours later with no update on when or if it will arrive - this despite the confirmation email I received from their site and my card being charged for the £50.

Never again.

There's a massive menu to choose from with everything from Dim Sum to Udon Noodles.

The food is tasty, well presented with good cuts of meat and fish and for once... not everything is caked in a heavy gravy!!!

Never get a delivery (if you can avoid it) as a take-away service you'll have your complete order on your kitchen table within 25 mins

]]> Fri, 18 Apr 2008 16:36:39 BST Still under refurbishment http://www.welovelocal.com/en/london/richmond/sheen/pubs/the-plough-sw147af.html#r15711 This is a great pub to look at, and to sit and drink outside in the summer, it's got a lovely floral front beer garden, but I wouldn't touch the food in there - unless you keep it really simple.

I've only rated it with one star at the moment as it's currently being refurbished. I believe it's under new management so I am living in hope that the new owners will be a bit better with the food.

It's great in the summer if you've had a good walk in Richmond, great place to re-hydrate and chill.

Having ordered recently, I've decided that's the last one - the service is intolerable. I realise that ordering a takeaway will always be a different service to dining in - but I can only tolerate the rude telephone manners for so long. The last straw was when the woman on the phone rattled through the order so fast that I barely could get a word in and I 'think' I heard the delivery time to be 45 mins - but she had put the phone down on me by then. If you don't mind having a one-sided conversation then be my guest but I prefer to actually hear the person on the other end.
