<![CDATA[Greater London - Southwark - Dulwich - Financial and Legal - Banks - Reviews]]> http://www.welovelocal.com Reviews from welovelocal.com en Do you want to open bank account?...don't go to this branch! http://www.welovelocal.com/en/london/southwark/dulwich/banks/lloyds-tsb-bank-se228na.html#r6743 Recently I've tried to open a bank account with Lloyds Tsb. I've submited my applicatiion form online and two days later I've received a welcome pack in which a letter was enclosed advising me to go to the nearest Lloyds Tsb branch (in which case I have chosen East Dulwich branch at 364-366 Lordship Lane London SE22 8NA) and I should be assisted with final procedures required to open a bank account. I was seen by branch manager (male), who appeared to be in a rush and did not have time for "little things". I forwarded all documents and letter which I've received from Lloyds Tsb, where the manager had only a brief look at and told me that his job in my case is to only certify my ID and then I have to send all documents to the address where I've got the letter from which was absolutely rubbish but I didn't have chance to explain that to him as simply he didn't have time to listen to me. I've rang Lloyds Tsb where I had submitted my application and they reasured me that I should be helped by East Dulwich Lloyds Tsb branch manager with finalising procedures without sending anything back. The result is, that I have lost a one day of my holiday which I've booked off especially to just sort out a bank account, which unfortunately has not been sorted yet. I found staff in East Dulwich branch very unhelpfull and the branch manager didn't even appologise to me.
