Please get in touch if you have given Foster Stone a deposit for a property that fell through, and you have not been refunded.

Even the landlord has asked the deposit to be returned. They do not operate lawfully. How people like this can operate is beyond me.

We were trying to rent a flat of them, gave deposits, rent in advance and money for references/credit check. The day before we were meant to move in it turned out the flat was unavalibe. We are still, 3 weeks later waiting for or money back. NEVER give them any money, it's unlikely you'll get it back.

They seem very efficient to start - until they have your money. If you want an estate agent use a recognized and well known company with more that one office - not these guys. Service is terrible. Not regulated by an Ombudsman - should give you an idea of how they operate...
