I was looking for a new hairdresser because I'm very fus sy with my hair and I never could find a good one, but finally I've got the right one. I just went there attracted from the beautyfull salon just opposite where I go for my yoga class. I must admit that the service is excellent and my new hairstyle is amazing! I defenelly recommend it. Anna

This shop has no equals in the area! It's full of 'gusto' and personality! They made me feel totally comfortable and I am very happy with the treatment I have received. I will definately go back to Milano again! Simon

Hidden charges, rude and unhelpful owner and a really high turnover of staff. Its such a shame because the stylists and therapists are excellent but the owners attitude really lets the place down. The last 3 times I have have been I have had to stand my ground to avoid "extras" the owner was unhelpful and vague about why i was being charged for a service i didn't get.

I can't believe Balham has such a hidden gem - just fantastic for those of us in the vicinity who don't want to waste a trip up to the West End to get the treatments we want... Beautiful and very relaxing chill out area with delish teas/juices etc. AMAZING massages and facials which make you leave in a bubble, floating on air. I love it, thanks IMBS for a great experience every time I come!

I have been using this salon since it opened and have always found the staff and service excellent. You are treated as an individual and a very special client. I use both the hairdressing and beauty treatments and thought that both were very reasonably priced and although the prices have gone up recently ( the first time since the salon has been open) it is still very good value

I have been a regular client at this fab day spa since it opened and have never been disappointed. The staff are always friendly and professional and make sure your visit is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible (I nearly always fall asleep during the blissful scalp massage when I get my hair cut!). I love the relaxation area - a little oasis of calm which seems miles away from the bustling reception/hair area. The Aveda products are fantastic too. Well worth a try.
