I was told they would be round 'first thing' but after waiting for the whole day and after numerious calls, no one bothered to show up. My calls even go unanswered now.

If you want reliability, I would avoid Heatwave Engineering.

I have always thought my money was going to a good cause? How could this charity shop be so miseading to is customers? I feel disgusted with the amount of money given away last year according to the Guardian newspaper. I will be giving my donations to a more deserving cause in the future.

It appears they have made a LOT of money yet this is not going to the cause these 'charity' shops claim they support.

The food here is really good too, with massive burgers on the menu. Every pub is nice in the summer, but this has a real buzz to it with everyone hanging out the front.
