But had toothache so needs must. And what a surprise - clean, shiny offices, staff were really kind and friendly. I think they even had classical music playing to calm my nerves!

Came out an hour later with new repaired tooth (£45), no pain, and importantly - no hard sell like some places Ive been too. Trffic.

Be aware and stay away. Don't touch this place with a bargepole. BAD BAD BAD. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

I reported them to trading standards.

After waiting for about two hours (first come first serve system) I showed the French hairdresser the colour I wanted with highlights.

My root regrowth had to be covered, plus I wanted a warm honey brown with golden highlights to liven it up.

What I left with was practically black hair, my root regrowth also black and the supposed highlights only starting about three inches from the scalp.

When I requested that it be rectified I was sworn at by both the male members of staff and treated with utter disdain. I was shouted at and told to leave the premises.

I'm still in a state of shock about the poor level of service I've received and the total disrespect by these unskilled bafoons.

Truly and utterly shocking.

Although the price is quite accessible I discovered later on that cash payments without any trace of the services that was provided can backfire.

On Friday afternoon my nail varnish started to peel off even though I didn't expose my hands to any kind of situation that could speed up the process, as I really wanted them to be nice for NYE. On Saturday morning I went back again to try to get my nails repainted and tried to explain that they started to peel off only 24hours of leaving their store. First of all the lady started by calling me a liar and saying that I hadn't been there on Thursday and even after I described the day and the clients that were in the shop she continued to deny it, she kept on turning her back to me and speak in her language to who i assume to be her daughter (who had served me). Then she said that I had been careless and probably that was why and while she was arguing with me and called me a liar I just accepted the fact and tried to explain that it wasn't the best way to run her establishment as neither I nor my friends would come back again, which she replied that she did not really care as she had plenty of customers. I have never been treated with such disrespect in a establishment that has their door open to the public. I certainly do not recommend and will never set foot in there again.

Great at cutting hair to flatter you face shape.

I wont give his name, 'cas then he'll be booked up for weeks and I'll never get my appointment!!

I've had my hair cut by other stylists at this branch, the cut was fine, but his hands smelled of cigarettes which wasn't so appealing.

As a whole, I'd say its a good salon with lots of fun people, who are good at their job. I also don't feel pressured to buy lots of products, some hairdressers really put the hard sell on.
