A lot of the staff, Ive been told but cant be sure, are there on holiday visas and passing thru but what I am sure of is most of them dont know very much about colouring. And the worse their skills are the more sugary they are- to cover up their lack of experience. Where's the proof of their training and qualifications to British standards? How dare they be included in the Good Salon Guide-it makes a mockery of this guide. We are less inclined to moan coz, "its so cheap"! Well I would rather pay a bit more than suffer what I have. They are a disgrace and should be checked out properly

The SABINA hairdressers across the road is great, the lady who does dread lock is amazing!

Check her out, she styled my hair and i love it!

Highly recommend her!

Completely ruined my hair by telling me shorter hair is in fashion regardless of the fact that I said i didn't want it short, just a few layers- I suggest they re-train or sack their staff!! Don't think i'll be going here again!

I also had my arms waxed but the girl spilt the wax on my dress!! She just mumbled an apology and tried to wipe it off when I told her not to because it will make it worse- which it did! The receptionist did not make an effort to apologize either.
