The staff welcomed us with a complimentary glass of bubbly which is always a bonus! the venue is hidden in an intimate Notting Hill Gate first floor house like club. It feels like an intimate houseparty and was the perfect setting for our bash, highly recommend try out this gem.

Half of my party ordered ribs and they came without onion rings, we never got them, yet another screw up..and they had the gull to charge us £15 service charge...AND BE WARNED...WE HAD OUR CREDIT CARD CLONED IN THERE, SOMEONE TRIED TO WITHDRAW £250 FROM OUR ACCOUNT WITHIN A COUPLE OF HOURS OF LEAVING, ONE OF THE STAFF WAS USING A LAPTOP BEHIND US AND WATCHED US PUT THE PIN NUMBER IN.

It has been a year of frustration trying to understand and just get a pair of contact lenses that are fine. 4 months into having my yearly contact lenese they started to collect protein which the recommended soln did not remove - anyway they expected me to pay £200+ for a new pair at this point. After a number of weeks on dailies and many phonecalls, visits to the store to talk to a very unreasonable manager, I finally contacted the main office who reordered new contacts straight away. Needless to say the fault reoocureed and this time they expect to pay...I don't think so. I have never had a problem in all the years of wearing contacts under having the bad luck of going to this store...my previous opticians in Edinburgh thinks it is the type of lens they supply.. When I asked to see if they had other suppliers they said no...nice way of making money methinks.

The best bit of advice is don't even think about going there!

(I told them I wasn't going to pay). I rang the shop the following day to make a complaint to the manager. The receptionist was very unprofessional, didn't put me on hold, and I heard the staff discussing me. Then the receptionist came back and HUNG UP on me. The manger never rang me back.

I can not thank enough for the great job they did. My wife is 8 months pregnant and you can imagine how more difficult this move was for us. But these 3 guys from handy removals were God’s gift to anybody who wants to move houses.

I will recommend their service to everybody without a doubt.

I hope they have a great success in business, they definitely deserve it
