It has been a year of frustration trying to understand and just get a pair of contact lenses that are fine. 4 months into having my yearly contact lenese they started to collect protein which the recommended soln did not remove - anyway they expected me to pay £200+ for a new pair at this point. After a number of weeks on dailies and many phonecalls, visits to the store to talk to a very unreasonable manager, I finally contacted the main office who reordered new contacts straight away. Needless to say the fault reoocureed and this time they expect to pay...I don't think so. I have never had a problem in all the years of wearing contacts under having the bad luck of going to this store...my previous opticians in Edinburgh thinks it is the type of lens they supply.. When I asked to see if they had other suppliers they said no...nice way of making money methinks.

The best bit of advice is don't even think about going there!
