The salons are a pleasure to go to as he knows how to treat his customers well and employs some nice staff. The former manager, Nicole, from the maddox street branch has now moved to the dering street branch - she is lovely. However if you are unfortunate to encounter Andrew Wells wife on the front desk, you will lose your patience - she has no customer service etiquette, she is rude, has no understanding of customers needs for tanning or waxing and will only recommend the most expensive tanning lotions for the sunbeds. She is argumentative ! If you are going for hot waxing, ask for Maria who is usually at the maddox street branch. Camilla is good to ask for too -she is experienced and will explain all about waxing etc.

Plush surroundings, nice staff and they can certainly work magic with their hands. You can also stock up on some nice products too - the shower gel is particularly good - and a recent salon means you can get your hair chopped post-massage too.

Highly recommended and very professional. Easy to find just look for the big yellow signs on Oxford St and Regent St. Tel no 020 7 495 2666. They offer a loyalty card and the prices are very reasonable for central London.

Not only did the most senior stylist not have a clue what she was doing, she then asked me to show her where my fringe was and then proceeded to whack me in the face with the hair drier flex and burn my head and ears! Never ever go there if you want to be pampered and have a good cut. Perhaps they are ok for men??
