Not only did the most senior stylist not have a clue what she was doing, she then asked me to show her where my fringe was and then proceeded to whack me in the face with the hair drier flex and burn my head and ears! Never ever go there if you want to be pampered and have a good cut. Perhaps they are ok for men??

With a title like the best 'colourist in the world' I thought, where could I go wrong? Anyway, I settled for the colourist that is one below Jo herself and I have to say the outcome was awful! I bascially paid £300 to have my blonde hair turned gray and then I had to go back a second time to have it stripped which in turn dried out my hair. When I complained to the manager she said she would speak to the coulourist and then call me back. She didnt. She go the coulourist to call me back who wanted me to come back for a third time! I would never reccommed going to the salon as it is over priced and underskilled. Total waste of money and time!
