Simply the best shop in Europe. Highly recommendable. I'll definitely visit them when I'm back in London again.

Dishonest http://www.welovelocal.com/en/london/westminster/soho/phone-shops/extra-mobile-w1t2eg.html#r55564 The phone shop is located inside an electronics store and offers phone services.

When I enquired about unlocking my telephone, I was quoted a price of 15 pounds and was told that for my specific phone model and network it would take approximately one hour.

When I returned the following day with the phone, it was suddenly going to take two weeks. I said this was not acceptable. I was then told that it would take 2-3 days, but was now told to pay double!

Needless to say this is not acceptable and to my mind this is unfair business practice.

I would advise people to avoid this business.

Incidentally, the same applies to the electronics store the phone business is located in. I saw people being refused to return equipment (which under British consumer law they are able to do) and not offered refunds and staff being rude.

I loathe all foot lockers http://www.welovelocal.com/en/london/westminster/soho/sports-goods-shops/foot-locker-w1d2hh.html#r55224 The service is horrible, they make you feel like, how should I put this, dirt. And they lack of any human communication is horrific.

You never get served, when they serve you they pay no mind to you what-so-ever "I said the shoe doesn't fit, why are you still untying the shoe, hello?". That is the best way of describing it.

They ignore you when you speak to them and they once again, it can't be said enough, make you feel like dirt. The reason for two stars? They occasionally have nice shoes. But wether or not you'll ever get to try on said shoes is the biggest mystery of all.

Yeah -elongate the 'eah'- no http://www.welovelocal.com/en/london/westminster/soho/computers/apple-store-w1b2eh.html#r55220 I'm going to break this down into a simple structure so you don't have to weave through my experiences with these strange people.

I was not made to feel welcome.

I was not helped fast, average or slow. It would have to be somewhere below that.

I was alienated by most ''useless'' members of staff. If they even were staff. Most of them walked around and when asked questions gave one worded answers. Helpful to a toddler, yes, helpful to anyone above the age of 5, doubtful.

I was electrocuted a few times when touching their silver railings leading up to the second floor. I don't know why, but it must of been static. Either way, that's a first time experience I've had in any store.

I was only helped by a kind girl who had not be working there that long. Apparently the apple store's mentality that "we're better than you, because we are" hadn't leaked onto her yet.

That would about sum it up, I can't find it in me to word it any other way. So that's why I gave this wonderful place a two out of five.
