What makes this one stand out is the quality of the service. The technicians on the helpdesk are fantastic and if they can, will fix any software problems on the spot, often free of charge. They've even done this when we've made it clear the laptop concerned was bought elsewhere. I suppose it pays off, because when we bought a second one, PC World was first choice. If the Computer needs sending away, that's quick too. We had ours back in 48 hours when it went in for a warranty repair. It's on the County Oak estate, so parking is good and free.
