All of the staff make you feel very welcome and always ask how you are (and actually want to know), they are always very helpful when booking appointments. My hair is cut and coloured by Stephen and when i leave i feel like a different person as people look at me because of my hair. The tea is great aswell as the wine on a saturday afternoon!

She will give you the best advice about colour and she really knows what she is talking about. The directors are Marlon, Neil, Lee and Jayne and no matter which stylist you choose you will not be dissapointed. the atomosphere is lovely and relaxed and the junior staff are courteous,friendly and helpful. It is a pleasure going there, whatever style you ask for you will get.

I was immediately greeted upon arrival and made to feel welcome by the gem of a receptionist. I was introduced to the lady who was to cut my hair and quickly offered the complimentary cups of teas and magazines. Even though it was visibly a busy day for all staff concerned - they made sure that they got round to everyone and on good timing! As for my haircut.....fabulous! I was a bit worried as to having the bravery to go for the most beautiful cut that I wanted but my stylist talked it through and made sure it was the right choice for me. After five hours of being pampered et voila! My hair was finished and what a great job they did! I believe people need to emphasise with staff at times - especially when it is busy and you can see that they have a lot to do! As long as the employees keep their manners and an air of friendliness around them - then all is great! I am used to working in a busy environment but as part of my job I always ensure that I get chattin to those customers because it is all part of the experience. I even added quite a lot of conversation starters and open questions in to get the speech flowing but my stylist seemed too pre-occupied with her own thoughts. After half an hour of trying to get her to chill out a bit I gave up and to be honest for the rest of my appointment, I could not be bothered at all - it zapped the motivation right out of me! I will definitely be going again. Still, as I say, it was a busy day - and regardless of this - I was made to feel welcome, I had my cup and my magazines, the hair is fantastic so I would definitely recommend the place!
