Once I was there I was quite surprised at the lack of enthusiasm. The girl behind the Genius Bar wouldn't help me at all. I went there especially to get my laptop repaired. I booked an appointment before hand and was told they had no record of booking a slot. They were'nt actually doing anything at that time either. Would never go again!
