We arrived without booking a table....... it was a Saturday @ 8:30pm but we were able to book a table........for 9:15.....we went off for a drink. On our return we were seated and the sevice was great.....the restaurant was busy and loud.....our food was fresh and cooked to perfection......Would I eat there again????? YES.... I would book a table in advance next time!!!!!!..... :-)

We were told at the time of booking that the table was until 9.30 but we wouldn't be kicked out until we had finished (so fair enough). We got through starters and mains with no problem, but were told at 9.15 that there wasn't time for us to order pudding and so the waitress brought us the bill. We spoke with the manager and the answer was the same...no pudding!!!! I have never been to a restaurant before where I have been refused desert and will not be going back.

They are stylish and luxurious and every visit is special. The decor is outstanding and the rooms out of this world.

Based at the PostBox the location is perfect for the centre of Birmingham.

Lok out for the shower gel and conditioner... you certainly won't leave them behind!

Highly recommended for a special weekend away!

This had not been mentioned at any stage. Food was good but manager's attitude to certain issues was dreadful & we will not be returning.Quite embarrassing when entertaining clients that we had to go to Tescos for liquid refreshments Shame really but bad attitude outshines decent food anytime

The land lady Sarah is always very welcoming and a mean cook when me and the lads from ( work ) site go there 4 our friday fry up, its always good t & bread & butter ya cant beat it 4 £2.99. And the DJ on fridays is very good his tunes r well cool.

Very good pub not just because it is close to us after work, but many from afar have come here - worth the visit. Its been brillantly renovated too in the last couple of years also. Always packed considering its near the Mail Box too - now that's saying something.

I like the variety of items in the store from clothes to shoes to gift ideas. Well worth a perusal if you get chance and while your there try to pick up some freebie minitures and samples from the make up ladies!!
